Argon: the third stage of Alchemia

TriCity-based developer Torus has showcased the architectural concept for the third phase of its Gdańsk office scheme Alchemia.

Argon, the newest H-shaped addition to the four-stage complex, will feature 14 storeys and 36,000 sqm of office space (39,000 sqm gla). The corner building will be located at the junction of ul. Grunwaldzka i ul. Kołobrzeska. The construction work on the project is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2017.

Alchemia’s first app 22,000 sqm stage, comprised of the Aurum and Platinum towers, was commissioned for use in December 2013. The complex’s second 25,000 sqm stage, comprised of the Ferrum i Titanium towers, has just been completed and is set to be commissioned for use within the next few weeks. Alchemia’s architectural concept is the work of the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio. In August, the complex’s first stage was sold to REINO and Bluehouse Capital Advisor this month.
