Fully armed 280 ha waiting for investors

Michał Kornacki of BARR, Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency said the city has the wide portfolio of the ready-to-use and available plots. "The portfolio is being enlarged and adjusted. New zoning plans are constantly being worked on. There is also the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park available with 280 ha of land with zoning plans and local planning over the whole area. There is the full infrastructure in place that is necessary for investment. So an investor only has to choose from the plots and find a suitable place. One does not have to think about connection to water or electricity or the bureaucracy of building permission," he added.
"The plots are fully prepared, fully installed with everything, with appraisal reports ready. These are properties located in good areas, with access to transportation. The Polish Association of Developers gave the city of Bydgoszcz the first prize for the fastest building permit process. Obtaining a building permit quickly means a faster commercialisation process, a faster investment process start, and faster income generation for future investors. So the city is well prepared to serve investors," said Michał Kornacki and added that "Bydgoszcz is the perfect place to locate, for example, for the logistics, warehouse, office and production sectors. It is historically connected to the production sector and now, together with the development of technology, is ideal for the services, modern technology and R&D sectors."
