KSP presents Ethos investment in the heart of Warsaw

The black-and-white Kulczyk Silverstein Investment party was held to mark the start of the work on the developer’s latest Warsaw project: the Ethos office and retail building.
Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP) obtained a final building permit for to renovate and extend an office and retail project at pl. Trzech Krzyży 10/14 in Warsaw in April. KSP’s plan is to extend, thoroughly modernise and adjust the property to a class ‘A+’ standard. The Ethos complex, which should be completed in 2016, will have a total area of 17,000 sqm, over 13,000 sqm of which will be taken up by offices, with area floor measuring almost 3,000 sqm. One of the key elements of the project will be the construction of a new five-storey wing on a plot facing the Vistula embankment. It will also have over 100 underground and ground-level parking spaces. Ethos has been designed to include internal green terraces, a parking area for bicycles, as well as staff rooms with showers. The building has been designed to meet BREEAM ‘Excellent’ green certification. The architectural concept has been prepared by a consortium of the Mass Projekt and Chapman Taylor studios. Kulczyk Silverstein Properties is currently also in negotiations with potential office and retail tenants.
