B&B Hotels is looking for a new plots

B&B now has three hotels in Poland: one in Toruń, with 93 rooms; in Warsaw, one with 154; and in Wrocław, one with 140 rooms. This year we will be opening two new hotels: in Łódź, at al. Kościuszki 14, with 149 rooms, and in Katowice, with 105 rooms, at the junction of ul. Sokolska and ul. Opolska. We are also searching for new plots, said Beatrice Bouchet, president of B&B Hotels Polska.

"We are also searching for new plots – in particular, in Warsaw, Kraków and in the TriCity, in Gdańsk and even more so in Gdynia. We are also interested in Lublin, Białystok, Rzeszów, Szczecin, Rzeszów, Opole and Gliwice. We are happy with our chain’s results in Poland so far and now we want to grow even faster," said Beatrice Bouchet of B&B Hotels Polska. "There are two ways we could do this. We are searching for plots to buy and buildings to lease. So we are looking for plots, partners and investors. We want to open a hotel with a minimum of 100 rooms up to 150 rooms, with at least 2,700 sqm of usable space in the building and on plots of at least 700 sqm. As Beatrice said, we are interested in Warsaw city centre, the TriCity and other smaller cities, but we are mainly looking for city centre locations," said Małgorzata Dybaś of B&B Hotels Polska. "Our goal right now is to open three to five hotels in Poland each year," added the president of the chain.
