"We are planning to invest in Zawiercie, and Kołobrzeg as well as to further expand one of our developments in Łódź. // It's an office and hotel centre with Hampton by Hilton as the hotel tenant. We're now commercialising the retail and office section and we're in advanced negotiations with major office tenants. The whole project is to be opened next year," he added. "Soon we're going to sign a contract with our anchor tenant," Michał Masztakowski told us.

"We're still searching for plots for projects in regional cities. That's where we want to focus on. We're also planning to continue work on some of our existing projects. We're going to go ahead with the recomercialisation of Brama Mazur in Ełk and we're going to extend our Oświęcim mall, which we've held for seven years," he explained.
