HB Reavis has completed the first office building in the West Station complex located near the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station in Warsaw.
The complex, which is a joint-venture development of HB Reavis, PKP and its subsidiary Xcity Investment, includes the new railway station building, completed last year, and two office buildings with a total of more than 68,000 sqm of leasable space. The West Station I building has already been 75 pct leased, to tenants including companies from the PKP Group. HB Reavis has just secured a EUR 45 mln loan from MBank to refinance the developments costs of the building. The second West Station office building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of next year.
