Skanska to launch first Tricity project

"We are in the preparation stages for new projects in all seven regional markets we are active in: Warsaw, Poznań, Łódź. Wrocław, Katowice and Kraków, and in our new market – the TriCity, where we are planning to launch our first project. The architectural concept work is in an advanced phase, so soon we will be able to reveal the visualisations and information about the new project," said Arkadiusz Rudzki.

"We have come to Cannes with five projects that we are planning to sell this year. The total value of these projects exceeds EUR 300 mln," he added.

"Apart from the office projects we have been carrying out for several years, we are investing in other developments, such as hotels and apartments for rent with our residential subsidiary. So soon we will be able to provide further details," he added.
