POLAND Nestlé Polska and Nestlé Waters Polska have leased over 10,000 sqm of modern office space in the Ocean Business Park in Warsaw. Ocean Business Park is being developed on ul. Domaniewska in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district.

POLAND The Warsaw office complex of Ghelamco has received a BREEAM certificate with a grade of ‘Excellent’.
POLAND Skanska is to redevelop the offices of the Lubuskie Province Governor’s Office in Gorzów at anet cost of PLN 4.6 mln and is also to build a retail centre in Swarzędz (Wielkopolski Province) for PLN 8.5 mln.

POLAND Budimex has been appointed by the Marshal’s Office in Lublin to construct the building for its mains offices as well as to construct the Lubelskie Centrum Konferencyjne in a contract worth PLN 89.7 mln net.

POLAND ECE Projektmanagement Polska has signed a PLN 130 mln conditional purchase agreement with its joint venture partner Galeria Kujawska Nova (whose parent company, PBG, is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings open to arrangement) for the four plots on which a Bydgoszcz shopping centre project is to be built.
