Tristan seeks buyers for GBP 1.5 bln retail portfolio

EUROPE London-based real estate investment fund manager Tristan Capital is exploring the option of selling a GBP 1.5 bln European retail portfolio comprised of 35 properties, a fifth of which is located in Poland, on an off-market basis, informs ‘Property Week’.

Puro hotel to open in central Warsaw

POLAND The fifth hotel of the Puro chain in Poland is to be opened in Warsaw. The developer has bought a tenement building at ul. Widok 5/7/9 for the project. The chain has also secured a plot in Gdańsk’s Old Town, at ul. Stągiewna 23 on Spichrzów Island, next to the existing Puro Hotel Gdańsk, the opening of which was celebrated on May 8th.

Polnord looking to find buyers for 1,500 apartments in 2015

POLAND In Q1 the Polnord group generated revenue of PLN 66.3 mln (PLN 37.05 mln in Q1 2014) and a net profit of PLN 1.3 mln (PLN 0.42 in the same period last year). In its financial results the group also reported that it concluded 346 sales agreements, handing over 254 apartments to clients.

The offices of the company will occupy three out of the six floors of the building. Xplan is responsible for the implementation of the interior design of the 850 sqm leased by Blue Media.
