The retail market in Poland has shifted down a gear, but this doesn't mean that nothing is happening. It's still possible to see a clear trend in the growth of formats such as retail parks, convenience centres and shopping arcades. Investors and developers are finding new niches - how promising are they? Can a shopping centre exist without a hypermarket, and what is the future for grocery operators? How will the current consolidation taking place in this area influence the market as a whole? Issues related to internet sales are also crucial. How have fashion chains embraced on-line retail? What proportion of the revenues of these companies comes from e-commerce? What technical solutions work best in virtual shops? What is the future of turnover-based rents? And most importantly, how will internet sales influence rental levels in shopping centres? The market is in a flux - is this translating into the relations between tenants and facility managers? Are there communication barriers between tenants and facility managers that need to be breached? Find out all the answers at Eurobuild CEE's 14th Retail Vision conference.

1300 - 1345 Retail formats – what to invest in?
Several large projects have entered the market this year, including Europa Centralna, Galeria Katowicka and Poznań City Center; but smaller projects, such as retail parks, shopping arcades and convenience centres, are also on the march. Expansion plans have been announced by such companies as Rank Progress, Czerwona Torebka, Katharsis Development, TREI Real Estate and Immofinanz. Construction work is starting on the latest centres from Dekada Realty and Re Project Development. How long will the smaller formats remain attractive? What lies in store for huge projects? And what about outlet centres? What is actually worth investing in?

1345 - 1430 A lovers tiff or the renewal of vows?
The relation between a tenant and a facility manager is one of the most problematic topics for the retail market and one of the most important ones, too - it creates the atmosphere in which business is conducted. What communication barriers exist and what do tenants think about them? What is the opinion of facility managers? When are compromise and a flexible approach to negotiations needed? How to form the perfect relationship?

1430 - 1520 Grocery revolutions (a for-and-against discussion)
The internet and the services it offers are having a huge impact on the direction of retail development. What route will hypermarkets choose? Is their presence in shopping centres even necessary anymore? Can we imagine a shopping centre without a hypermarket? If so, will there be new patterns of tenant selection? A presentation of two points of view will be followed by a discussion about the consolidation of the hypermarket segment. Do smaller chains or even discount shops have a chance for more dynamic growth through locations in shopping centres? How do developers and hypermarket representatives see this potential? Are the major groceries in a position of strength?

1650 - 1730 Rents, where are you heading?
It's obvious for every retail market player that the changes in tenant operations due to the internet have been having an impact on the functioning of shopping centres. Therefore they have to be reflected in lease contracts. How will the issue of turnover-based rent be solved? What ideas are there for keeping the money that is taking the virtual route out of shopping centres? A discussion in which the opinions and ideas of both developers and tenants can be shared.
