Simoldes Plasticos invests in Poland

Officials of Simoldes Plasticos of Portugal have informed the company will construct a factory in south-west Poland at an estimated cost of 16 million euros. Simoldes Plasticos specialises in producing car parts. The Polish factory will deliver to Volkswagen, Fiat, Peugeot and Toyota. Simoldes Plasticos also owns production centres in Portugal, France, Germany, Romania and Brazil.

Masterlink sorting facility near Łódż

Masterlink rapid delivery company is building a consignment sorting facility in Lućmierz, the Łódż suburban locality. The project will comprise a warehouse building of 5,600 sqm space and an office section of 610 sqm space. The total value of the investment is estimated to be 15 million zlotys. This sorting facility is being erected by Rex-Bud Nieruchomości (Real Estate). Construction is to proceed in two stages: the first to end this year, the second by the end of next year. CB Richard Elli represented the developer during negotiations with Masterlink.

Least expensive in Poland

Warsaw is one of the world's least costly industrial locations. A Cushman & Wakefield report displays that the total annual rental for one square meter amounts to 57 euros. The world's most expensive location is the surroundings of London's Heathrow Airport where the annual cost per square metre is 245 euros. It is followed by Moscow where the rental for one metre of industrial space amounts to 136 euros.
