Paweł Kuglarz has been appointed partner responsible for the restructuring & corporate recovery practice (restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency law). He is co-founder of the Polish-German Centre of Banking Law at the Jagiellonian University. Since 2003 he has lectured in law at the Jagiellonian University. Paweł is also a board member of the Foundation for Mortgage Credit, vice-president of bankruptcy law at the Allerhand Institute in Kraków, a member of the International Association of Bankruptcy Law INSOL Europe and as of 2016 is the Polish representative on the Board of INSOL Europe. In 2012 he advised the Ministry of Justice on the preparation of a new bankruptcy and restructuring law. He also advises the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development and the Ministry of Development.
