Emilia Bocan

Emilia Bocan has been appointed as senior leasing and development manager in Romania and will be responsible for the leasing and development of the 305,000 sqm P3 Bucharest park, as well as a number of new P3 projects in Romania. She spent three years with Colliers Romania and four at Immofinanz Services Romania where she was leasing manager and marketing coordinator for offices and logistics and then senior leasing manager. During this period, Emilia was involved in the lease and the operational management of a 300,000 sqmportfolio of office and industrial properties, as well as the development of the company’s office and industrial projects in Romania.
