Polina Zhilkina

has been appointed national director and head of retail advisory. She has 16 years of experience on the commercial real estate market. Polina started career in real estate consulting in 2000 at JLL and worked on key retail real estate projects in Moscow including Atrium, Schuka, Metropolis, and EuroPark. From 2007-2012, she led research and concept development in ADG Group and PPF Real Estate Russia. From the end of 2012 to 2016 Polina worked for CBRE as the head of strategic consulting. Her most recent position was the head of retail advisory at Cushman & Wakefield.
