Arno Mos

has been appointed to the newly-created position of operations director for the Marriott hotel in Warsaw. He is a Dutch citizen and has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector. His career began in 1992 working in the kitchens of restaurants and hotels in Holland, Switzerland, Greece, the Republic of South Africa and the UK. Since 1998 he has been involved with the Marriott International chain and has worked in such hotels as Marble Arch Marriott in London, the Marriott in Amsterdam and the Renaissance in Zurich, where he was appointed the chef in 2003. Between 2005 and 2011 he worked as a chef in the Marriott hotels in Genadawa and Amsterdam, until he was promoted to the head of food and beverages in the German town of Heidelberg. Before taking up his position in Warsaw, he worked for over two years as the operations director in the Marriott hotel in Stuttgart. Arno will be responsible for all operational departments, where he will be able to use his extensive experience and knowledge in services and to improve guest satisfaction. In his spare time, he enjoys windsurfing, books and travelling.
