John Banka has left Colliers Poland after 14 years as a partner and the director of investment and development services and to establish Project Partners International, a real estate advisory based in Warsaw, which is to offer analyses and development and investment project coordination. While working for Colliers, John advised UBS Real Estate on the creation of the Warsaw One project and he is currently involved in development projects in Poland, Germany, Latvia and Bosnia. He will continue in his position as the chairman of the Urban Land Institute Poland.
