Tomasz Misztalewski was appointed the director of the Gemini Park Tychy shopping centre, the third project of Gemini Holding. Tomasz is an experienced manager with over 10 years of practice in commercial real estate management. Before he was appointed the director of Gamini Park Tychy he worked in Metro Properties as the director of the M1 shopping centre in Łódź for seven years. Earlier he was responsible for M1 Zabrze. He is very familiar with the market of Upper Silesia – he gained experience in the management of commercial facilities also in Rybnik. He is a graduate of WSB University in Poznań. He graduated from Real Estate Management, which was followed by acquiring a licence of real estate manager.
The main responsibilities of the director of the Gemini Park Tychy shopping centre will be creating a team of employees and preparation of the facility for its opening, undertaking activities aimed at building the leading retail position in the region, participation in the creation of the marketing and image strategy, maintaining partner relations with tenants of the facility, budget development and controlling as well as the management of the team of employees.
