Reimo Hammerberg has been elected as a member of the supervisory board of Northern Horizon Capital, the management subsidiary of Baltic Horizon Capital, for a period of 5 years. He replaces Milda Dargužaitė who is stepping down after her appointment by prime minister Saulius Skvernelis to the position of chancellor of the government of the Lithuanian Republic.
Reimo was born in 1974 and is an attorney-at-law and a partner of law firm Sorainen. His practice areas include banking and capital markets law. He holds a bachelor degree in law from the University of Tartu and an L.L.M degree from the University of San Diego. He is also a member of the supervisory boards of venture capital fund SmartCap and MarkIT Holding.
