Fabrice Paumelle has been appointed head of retail. His business line will provide retail solutions concerning concept, leasing, remodelling and releasing of shopping centres and other retail facilities. Fabrice has been active on the property market for the past 17 years, eleven of which have been spent. Previously, he held the position of project development and marketing director at Mayland Real Estate. Towards the end of the ‘90s, he worked on the expansion of 13 King Cross shopping centres and 18 Geant hypermarkets. He additionally provided advice to the Casino Group supervisory board on matters such as expansion plans and development options for food operators, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, shopping centre development and potential extension/conversion.
