Ján Bošácky

has been appointed as the head of the research department with overall responsibility for market research and advisory services. He has been employed by JLL since 2013 as a senior research analyst with responsibility for creating and enhancing the efficiency of database systems and reports monitoring all commercial markets and residential market in Slovakia. Further Ján has been responsible for introducing new analytic tools in area of data gathering, storing and visualisation. He is the author of numerous research and the advisory reports and analyses, feasibility studies, asset underwriting and due diligence for companies such as HB Reavis, YIT, TriGranit, Cresco, Lucron, leading bank institutions and government bodies as well as several new market entries. Before JLL, he worked at ČSOB Financial Group. He graduated from the Comenius University in managerial mathematics.
