Paul Blackman

Paul Blackman has been assigned new responsibilities and is to head a team coordinating Colliers’ work in the outsourcing sector across Eastern Europe. he is a director with 17 years’ professional experience working with corporate office tenants, The last 13 of which have been spent in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. During this time Paul has personally closed or overseen over 300 office deals across twelve countries representing app. 575,000 sqm of office space and a transaction volume approaching USD 2 bln. Paul has been with Colliers for nearly ten years and has focused for the past three on the Polish BPO sector. Apart from the BPO sector the new team will also focus on ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) and SSC (Shared Service Centre) tenants especially in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania and the Baltic States.
