Tomasz Czuba

has been promoted from the head of office agency to the position of regional director. He manages a team of 20 professionals who specialise in office leasing throughout Poland. He is responsible for landlord representation for both national and international developers and investment funds. He advises on long-term lease strategies, property marketing as well as negotiations and re-negotiations. During his career, Tomasz has advised leading market players such as Ghelamco, Yareal, Warimpex, Trigranit and Grupa Waryński, and has been responsible for the lease of more than 500,000 sqm of office space.
