Urszula Sobczyk

Urszula Sobczyk is to co-head the valuation department and will support clients in real estate valuation for financial reporting, securing bank financing and real estate acquisition and sale, as well as in administrative, court and arbitration proceedings. She has nineteen years of real estate experience gained at DTZ Polska and Just Properties, a business she ran together with Arkadiusz Bielecki. She also has many years of practice in leading a team of property valuers and specialises in real estate valuations for Polish and global firms, banks, investors and developers. Urszula is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, a licensed property valuer and an MRICS.
