Jarosław Miziołek

Jarosław Miziołek has been appointed company CEO in Poland. He will succeed Marcin Klammer. Jarosław joined Arcadis in 2015 as the infrastructure division director. He has twenty years’ experience of managing large design and construction teams that have delivered some of the most significant infrastructure projects undertaken in Poland. For the past three years he has been responsible for the management of Arcadis’ largest business line in Poland as the director of its infrastructure division. Additionally, he has also been a board member of Arcadis in Central Europe, responsible for the entire infrastructure business in this region. He was instrumental in the recent growth of the infrastructure business, building up a team of almost 100 specialist designers working across the road, railway, bridge, hydrotechnical and sanitary industries. Under his leadership he established a railway signalling team that is now within this specialised business in Poland. Currently all the teams within the infrastructure division in Poland are involved in large and complex projects in Poland and across the region. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with a master’s degree in geodesy and cartography. He also has an executive MBA.
