Patrick Delcol

Patrick Delcol has been appointed CEO for the CEE region. He will be responsible for the transaction, consulting, valuation and property management business lines as well as the organisation’s development across the region. He has worked in the real estate sector for over 20 years. Over the course of his career he has held managing positions in advisory firms, developers and construction companies. He started his career as a commercial manager for the BESIX Group before being appointed to the board at Centrum Finansowe Puławska and Centrum Banku Śląskiego. In 2002 he was appointed CEO at Centrum Development and Investment (previously known as DTC Real Estate), where he remained for the subsequent six years. Then he joined ING Real Estate as a development director and member of the board. He consequently worked for DTZ as country head for Poland. Patrick is also one of the founders and the president of the Polish Council of Shopping Centers. He holds an MBA degree from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles.
