Michał Ptaszyński

Michał Ptaszyński has taken up the position of senior asset manager in Warsaw. He will be responsible for acquiring new tenants and negotiating lease agreements for the assets in Logicor’s portfolio. He has been involved with the commercial real estate sector since the beginning of his almost twenty-year professional career. Before joining Logicor, he held the position of the director of the land and development department at Prologis for six years, where he was responsible for searching for new investment opportunities through the sale and acquisition of land and existing projects, as well as for implementing the company's land management strategy and acquiring new clients. Prior to Prologis he held the position of real estate director for Gdańsk-based developer Torus. He has also been employed as a manager in the Pomerania Development Agency and in the Pomerania Management Group. Michał graduated in surveying and economics from the Olsztyn University of Agriculture and Technology. He has also lectured on real estate management at the Pomeranian branch of the Academy of Real Estate Management [Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami] in Gdańsk. He holds real estate management licence and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
