Maciej Bochyński

Maciej Bochyński has been appointed director of development projects. He will be responsible for preparing new projects and will coordinate work with external contractors. He will also work closely with the marketing department. He has 15 years of experience in the construction industry, which he gained working on projects at many different stages. He has represented both general contractors and the investors, and has held a number of positions including construction engineer, investor supervisor, and project manager. He was involved in such developments as Travelodge Hotel (Dublin), Scandinavian House (Warsaw), the redevelopment of the Warszawa Wschodnia railway station, Botanika and La Clarte. He joins from Apricot Capital Group, where he coordinated and supervised the construction and design of Madison Apartments. At Sun & Snow Maciej will be responsible for preparing apartment projects including Sun & Snow Resorts in Karwica, Kołobrzeg, Białka Tatrzańska and Szklarska Poręba.
