John Newton

John Newton has been appointed to lead the interior fit-out business in the Czech Republic, effective from April 2018. Based in Prague, he will oversee a team of workplace designers, interior designers, project and construction management professionals, serving domestic and international clients across all real estate sectors. John joins the JLL-owned company from global real estate consultancy Colliers International, where he was the head and founder of the building consultancy business practice. Originally from the UK, he relocated to the Czech Republic in 2005. Prior to his role at Colliers, he held a leadership role at building consultancy firm Arcadis (formerly known as EC Harris) in Central Europe. Prior to 2005, he worked for Tétris competitor Structuretone in the central London commercial refurbishment and fit out market.
