Boris Olujic

Boris Olujic has been appointed to the board. He is responsible for Peakside’s investments in the CEE region. Most recently, he led Peakside’s landmark corporate acquisition of the Polonia property funds platform. Over the course of his career has been actively involved in investments with a face value in excess of EUR 850 mln. He was formerly a vice president in Real Estate Principal Investments (REPI) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining REPI, Boris was part of the Merrill Lynch CMBS loan origination team underwriting a broad range of debt transaction across Germany, Switzerland and the UK with an aggregate value in excess of EUR 1 bln.
