has been appointed president of the management board. He holds a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and a PhD from the Polish Academy of Sciences. While studying for his PhD, he was a fellow at the University of Glasgow. He has been an assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) since 2012. Between 2012 and 2013, he was a fellow at the University of Economics, Essex, where He completed the two-year EY Executive Studies in Finance programme in finance. In 1999-2008, he was employed by Simon-Kucher & Partners, with responsibilities in Germany and in Poland, where he started as an intern and was later promoted to head of the Warsaw office. In 2008-2012, he was responsible for venture capital fund investments at Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy, initially as an investment manager and later as the deputy director for Investments. He is currently the economic advisor to the President of Poland, and a board member of Instytut Sobieskiego.
