Alexandra Tomášková

Alexandra Tomášková has been appointed managing director for Skanska Property Czech Republic. Starting from June 1st 2018, she will replace Marie Passburg, who is returning to Sweden to become the regional manager of residential development business. Alexandra will also become a member of Skanska CEE’s commercial development unit management team. In her new role, she will continue Skanska’s 20-year track record of developing sustainable office projects in Prague. She will also be the first managing director from the Czech Republic in the history of the company’s office development operations in the country. In her new role she will report directly to the CEE team’s president and CEO, Katarzyna Zawodna. She will also be the leasing and asset director for the Czech Republic unit.
