Paweł Nowakowski

Paweł Nowakowski has been appointed as head of capital markets. He has twelve years’ experience in commercial real estate andwill lead the strategic and transaction advisory team in Cresa’s Warsaw office, advising clients on real estate acquisitions and disposals in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. He is a specialises in real estate portfolio management strategies and especially on restructuring and optimisation. Previously, he led the transaction and strategic advisory team in the real estate advisory department of EY. He had also been employed by real estate advisory firms CBRE and King Sturge, and by A.T. Kearney. Paweł graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is also a property valuer and an MRICS.
