Milda Dargužaitė was elected as a new member of the Supervisory Board of Northern Horizon Capital. Northern Horizon Capital as the management company of Baltic Horizon Fund informed that the sole shareholder of the management company, Northern Horizon Capital, passed decision on 9th of July 2018 to recall Michael Rudolf Schönach from the supervisory board and to elect Milda Dargužaitė as a new member of the supervisory board of the management company for a period of five years. Milda Dargužaitė was born in 1976 and acts as a group chief executive officer to Northern Horizon Capital Group. She has extensive work experience in both private and public sector locally and abroad. Milda Dargužaite worked as a vice president at Goldman Sachs (New York, USA, 2004-2011), headed Barclays Technology Centre in Lithuania (2015). She also worked at the Prime Minister’s Office of the Republic of Lithuania as a Chancellor of the Government (2017). Being an advisor to the Ministry of Economy of Lithuania she also headed the main Lithuania’s public agency (Invest Lithuania) responsible for developing investment base in the country (2011 - 2014). She graduated from Middlebury College (BA in Mathematics and Economics), in Middlebury, VT, USA, in 1999, and obtained MSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University in 2004. Back in 2016 she served as a Board member of Northern Horizon Capital. Currently she holds board positions also in the following Northern Horizon Group entities: Northern Horizon Capital UAB, Northern Horizon Capital AIFM Oy, Northern Horizon Capital Oy, Northern Horizon Capital AB, Northern Horizon Capital GmbH. Milda Dargužaitė does not hold units of the fund.
