Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra

Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra has been appointed as chairwoman. She has over 20 years of property market, finance and banking experience and is the managing director of Griffin Real Estate, where she is responsible for the investment and management of the group, as well as for its first mezzanine fund in Poland. She has been responsible for many of Griffin’s investments including the acquisition of the Green Horizon office project in Łódź, the Lubicz Office Centre in Kraków and Hala Koszyki in Warsaw. She was also a member of the investment team responsible for the acquisition of Echo Investment in one of the largest property-market deals in Poland with personal responsibility for due diligence process and acquisition finance. Prior to joining Griffin, she held a number of different executive posts over a ten-year period in HypoVereinsbank / UniCredit Group and its subsidiaries supervising real estate finance, real estate investment banking and real estate asset management. Dorota graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Cologne and the University of Duisburg-Essen.
