Andris Bišmeistars

has been appointed as a member of the management board. He first joined the company in 2005 as a technical information technician. In 2006 he was appointed civil engineer before being appointed construction site manager in 2007. In 2012 he was promoted to project manager and in 2017 he became deputy director of construction. Andris graduated from Riga Technical University in 2011 with a degree in construction engineering. Merks is the Latvian subsidiary of the Merko Ehitus group.
