Verka Petkova

Verka Petkova has been promoted to partner. She joined Colliers in 2005. Her client portfolio includes companies such as HP, Telus, Concentrix, AIG, Quintiles, AON, Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, HBC, Festo, Enel, Paysafe and Novartis. Her professional accomplishments include the commercialisation of a number of large office complexes including Business Park Sofia and Business Park Varna. Verka represents the real estate industry before the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association and the Association of the Commercial Building Owners. In 2012 she was promoted to the position of manager in office and industrial services and as of March 2017 she has been the director of business development for Colliers Bulgaria.
