Keith Lindsay

Keith Lindsay has been appointed COO for hotels. Based in the group’s London headquarters, he will work alongside Derek Gammage, managing director EMEA on the expansion and further development of the EMEA Hotels platform. Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Keith worked for Beacon Hospitality Partners where he was responsible for the major growth initiatives of Dorchester Collection assets including, The Eden, Rome and Le Richemond, Geneva, as well as the renovation and expansion of the Plaza Athénée in Paris which is currently underway. In addition, he advised a broad portfolio of hotel investment clients on acquisitions, disposals, asset management and new build opportunities. Previously, as a managing director of AIG Global Real Estate Investments in New York, Keith established the global hospitality group and was responsible for hotel investments and joint ventures in Europe, Mexico and India. Keith has an MBA from IESE in Barcelona and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Cape Town. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
