RussiaAnna Nikandrova has been appointed regional director and head of the retail real estate department in Russia. She will be responsible for the strategic development of the business, owner and tenant representation for retail premises, as well as expanding Colliers International’s portfolio of projects in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Russia’s regions. She began her career in real estate in 2002 and has been with Colliers International since 2004. Prior to this appointment served as head of retail real estate in the firm’s St Petersburg office, where she was responsible for engaging major international and Russian developers. Anna has personally brokered more than 500 transactions, including over 100 for the Gallery shopping centre. At present, Colliers International’s portfolio of exclusive projects includes 21 retail and entertainment centres in 13 cities across Russia, including Moscow and St Petersburg. Over the first 10 months of 2013 the firm’s retail team closed 750 lease deals at shopping centers in Moscow and throughout Russia.
