Artur Lebiedziński

Artur Lebiedziński has been appointed the president of the management board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości. From June 26, 2013 he served as a member of PHN’s supervisory board until September 7th when he was transferred by the supervisory board to temporarily fill the position of president of the board for a period no longer than 3 months. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2003 he graduated from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne where he was awarded an MBA. He is the founder and managing partner of Omnicapital which offers investment banking and financial consultancy services for mergers and acquisitions as well as acquisition of own and debt capital. He is a member of the supervisory boards of Finder and PayUp Polska. In the years 2006-2007 he was a director and in Societe Generale, where he was responsible for the acquisition and implementation of structural and debt financing transactions. Between 2004 and 2006 he was a director in CA IB InvestmentBank, where he managed financial consultancy projects carried out by CA IB. Between 2001and 2002 he was a manager in Banc of America Securities in London, where he was responsible for the acquisition of consultancy transactions.
