Radosław Popko is to co-head the group’s development services arm and will also take on responsibility for real estate financing. He has twenty years’ experience in the banking world, having worked for Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank and DZ Bank. He has also headed BerlinHyp in Poland for the last 6 years.
