Martin Polák

Martin Polák is to join as managing director and will be responsible for the further expansion of the company, following last year’s takeover of Metroplan Eastern Europe. The expansion plans will initially focus on Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia and work on Garbe’s first projects should have begun by the middle of the year. Martin previously spent twelve years employed by Prologis in various positions and was eventually appointed as managing director with responsibility for a team of 80 people. He graduated in civil engineering economics and construction industry management from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.
