Krzysztof Misiak has been appointed head of Cushman & Wakefield Poland.

He succeeds Charles Taylor, who is leaving the real estate services firm after 30 years.

Krzysztof was appointed head of regional cities in the office agency team in 2012 and launched the C&W brand in Poland’s core regional markets. In 2018, he became head of office agency in Poland. He has acted on close to 300 leases for more than 500,000 sqm. As the head of Cushman & Wakefield Poland, he will be responsible for the management of all business lines in Poland, while continuing to directly lead the firm’s office agency, with a focus on strengthening its position on the Polish commercial real estate market.

Krzysztof Misiak has commented: “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to drive forward our business in Poland, leveraging our global network and the skill base of our local team to deliver the best insight and sophisticated commercial real estate solutions to add maximum value for our clients.”

Charles Taylor has managed the Polish office of C&W from 2013. Prior to his move to Poland, he was based in the UK and also acted as head of Cushman & Wakefield Hungary.

Jonathan Hallett, C&W’s CEE head, has added: “I would like to thank Charles for the significant contribution he made to Cushman & Wakefield. Having led our Polish business through the merger of with DTZ five years ago, he has played a key role in its evolution into today’s successful firm.”
