Josip Kardun

Josip Kardun has been appointed COO and deputy CEO and is to take up his new position from February 14th. He is to join the group’s executive management team, and report directly to Rachel Lavine, the group’s CEO. He replaces COO Nils-Christian Hakert, who is leaving the group to pursue other business interests. Josp, who sits on the Executive Board of ICSC Europe, joins Atrium from ECE Projektmanagement, where he has worked for seven years in a number of senior positions, most recently as its chief investment officer and head of mergers and acquisitions and transaction management group. Prior to joining ECE, he worked fpr Sonae Sierra, where he was general manager at Sierra Management Germany, with responsibility for leasing activities and centre management. Josip has a law degree from the Goethe University Frankfurt.
