Pawel Dębowski

Pawel Dębowski has been appointed co-chairman. He specialises in real estate mergers and acquisitions, finance and has unique expertise in the office, retail and hospitality sectors. He has represented both Polish and international institutional real estate players, including developers, investors, lenders and construction companies. He joined Dentons (formerly Salans) in 2010 as a partner and the head of Central Europe real estate. Previously, he worked as a senior partner and head of the Clifford Chance real estate practice in the CEE region. He has also spent over ten years working for CMS Cameron McKenna. In 2001/2002 Paweł acted as chairman of the management board of GTC. He will co-chair the Group with Eric Rosedale, a Dentons partner based in London.
