Tomasz Żukowski

Tomasz Żukowski has been promoted to an associate position. He is a portfolio property manager in the property and asset management department. Tomasz joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006. He supervises CA Immo’s portfolio of six properties, including the property management of Bitwy Warszawskiej and Warsaw Towers. He also manages the Centrum Królewska office building. His duties include customer relationship management, budget management, periodical inspections, repairs, building upgrades and improvements, cleaning and security services management. He graduated from the faculty of management at Warsaw University with a specialisation in foreign trade and international finance.
