Tomáš Beránek

Tomáš Beránek has been promoted to an associate position. He is now the head of tenant representation, leading a team that secures new locations and represents tenants in negotiations over leasing terms. It also provides clients with market entry consultancy and assists them with their expansion plans. Tomáš joined C&W in 2011. He was previously employed by CBRE for almost five years and was in charge of the retail department. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and studied at the University of Stirling in the UK as well. His hobbies include ice hockey, basketball, beach volleyball, golf, and – most importantly – his family.
