PolandKatarzyna Woźna has taken the position of the leasing and rental director. She will be responsible for PR, marketing and lease of office buildings which are managed by the company. She will head a team responsible for the entire marketing process and leasing of office space, starting from the preparation of the leasing strategy, to negotiations of its conditions, to the final stage of commercialisation. Her main task will involve the promotion of the SpektrumTower project, a 122m office building in the centre ofWarsaw. Katarzyna has over nine years of experience in the management of teams responsible for real estate industry projects, including the leasing of office space. She has established six investment funds as the president of Horyzont Group (now Hamilton & Co). She has also worked with GreenFields Investments, where she was the director of the leasing department, responsible for the space in the Żoliborz One, Le Palais and Equator II office buildings. Katarzyna has also worked for private equity funds inLondon, where she was responsible for real estate projects on the British market as well as in Latin America (theCaribbean).
