Denys Tuchkov has been appointed senior client manager. He has significant experience in commercial real estate. Before joining DTZ, he at worked as the head of real estate management department Ukrsibbank (BNP Paribas Group). He has also worked as a senior area sales manager for Regus and as an office agency consultant for CBRE and DEOL Partners, where he was responsible for the leasing of Leonardo Business Centre Phase II. Denys mainly specialises in tenant and landlord representation services in office real estate. His client portfolio includes a multitude of well-known international companies including BNP Paribas Group, Barclays Bank, Visa International, HSBS, Mitsui and Johnson & Johnson.
