Marcel Kolesá

Marcel Kolesár has been appointed as head of the valuation department. Previously he was an associate director in the Czech Republic. Marcel was responsible for valuations for a number of key clients; including international banks, investors, real estate funds and developers. He also has broad experience from preparing real estate due diligence and feasibility studies, which he gained over the past eight years. He is a member of the RICS.
