Andrew Bedford

Andrew Bedford has been appointed as partner at Winckworth Sherwood. He will join the company’s real estate team from Dentons where he served as global co-head of real estate. Andrew specialises in commercial real estate providing strategic advice on office, retail, investment, acquisition and development transactions, and large-scale regeneration schemes. Most recently he has advised on regeneration schemes in Hounslow, Maidenhead, acted for Hammerson and Brookfield on the regeneration of Brent Cross and Cricklewood, and advised Bouygues on their Queens Park Development. He has for the past 10 years advised Sainsbury’s on its store acquisitions programme. Andrew has considerable expertise in regeneration, mixed-use schemes, food store development, residential and student development and joint venture arrangements.
